SFE Services Helps In Air Conditioning & Ventilation Maintenance At High Wycombe

Anytime Fitness High Wycombe, a franchise of the global network of 24/7 fitness centers, based in the Eden Centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire has been a customer of SFE Services for several years.

Being a fitness center in the area, the facility is in regular use and has many clients, so it is imperative the air conditioning and ventilation equipment on site receives regular maintenance.

Servicing and maintenance

Servicing is completed at the site every quarter, which involves the air conditioning systems thoroughly cleaning indoor and outdoor units including, filters, evaporator coil fins, fan motors & blades, inside & outside the units.

Cleaning & checking all condensate drains, trays & pumps, checking all electrical wiring & connections, and inspecting all pipework and connections for signs of wear or leaks. Listening for any noises or vibrations which should not be there and running, testing, and recording all necessary measurements & findings.

The ventilation equipment also had the grilles, filters, and externals cleaned, run, tested, and recorded. The internal & high-level ductwork cleaning at this site is completed separately and requires the use of towers & specialist equipment.

The works are completed in sections and areas are restricted to minimize disruption & for client safety. All works are scheduled in advance by the SFE service & maintenance department and the client receives a full report on the completion of the works.
