The YMI Group is a full-service provider of mechanical contracting based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, in the Chicago market area. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM.

The YMI Group was founded in 2009 with a specialization in serving healthcare facilities and was recently recognized by ASHRAE Illinois’ Excellence in Engineering Award and by the Army Corps of Engineers for their work on the Alternative Care Facility at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The YMI Group has grown to provide turnkey design-build services, award-winning mechanical construction, and HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal services for private and public sector clients, including healthcare, educational, data center, commercial, and high-rise residential facilities.
HVAC and preventive maintenance expansion
Upon joining the Linc Service network, the YMI Group plans to expand its HVAC and preventive maintenance services to deliver exceptional HVAC asset management for its clients. “We’re growing our commitment to proactive and preventive care,” said Albert D. Youna, President of The YMI Group.
