Rheem Manufacturing (Rheem) announced the completed acquisition of Nortek Global HVAC (NGH) from Madison Industries.
NGH, founded in 1919, is a globally renowned manufacturer of heating and cooling products serving the residential and manufactured housing markets.
NGH now part of Rheem’s Global Air Division
With this acquisition, Nortek Global HVAC (NGH) is now part of Rheem’s Global Air Division.
