GE Profile™ Expands Refrigerator Line-Up With Innovative Four-Door Refrigerator With Dual-Dispense AutoFill Pitcher

GE Profile™ (part of GE Appliances) continues to bring superior features and smarter innovation with the launch of the GE Profile 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Dual-Dispense AutoFill Pitcher.

In 2022, more than 44% of consumers purchasing 3+ door refrigerators chose a model with no external dispenser, signaling an appetite for a refrigerator that has a clean exterior aesthetic without sacrificing convenient access to premium filtered water in the fridge.

The GE Profile 4-Door Refrigerator meets this consumer demand by offering the Dual-Dispense AutoFill Pitcher that holds 60 Oz of filtered water. Additionally, it gives users the convenience of accessing water in two different ways. First, users can leave the pitcher in the dock of the refrigerator and use the spout under the handle to dispense into a cup or water bottle.

Alternatively, users can take the dishwasher safe, BPA-free pitcher outside of the refrigerator to pour water at the table. This innovative new pitcher automatically refills itself when placed on its dock inside the refrigerator, so owners have a pitcher of chilled, filtered water ready anytime.

Featuring LED Light Wall and adjustable temperature drawer

The refrigerator also includes some of the existing features customers already love from GE Appliances’ four-door line-up, including the LED Light Wall that enhances visibility throughout the interior to easily find even the smallest of items, and an adjustable temperature drawer equipped with four settings to store specific types of foods and drinks at the ideal temperature.

It also features soft close drawers, TwinChill™ Dual Evaporators, and a removable bin caddy. It comes with built-in WiFi powered by the SmartHQ app so users can track the water dispensed for household consumption, customize settings like the wall brightness and enable features like Turbo Cool and Turbo Freeze.

A similar model is also available now under the CAFÉ™ brand at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of US$ 4,399. It is available in all CAFÉ finishes, including Matte White, Matte Black, and Stainless Steel with a choice of customizable handles in six finishes, as well as Modern Glass.

Keeping in line with CAFÉ aesthetic

In keeping with the CAFÉ aesthetic, all products feature a gray interior with copper accents, and the layout is optimized for entertaining with features like the flatbread freezer compartment.

GE Appliances will continue to roll out additional models with the Dual-Dispense AutoFill Pitcher under both GE Profile and CAFÉ brands later this year and into early 2024.
