Recognition criteria

The Top Employers Institute examined the participating employers in six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas in an extensive survey followed by a detailed audit.

Areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion were considered. Viessmann was rated particularly positively under the headings of Business Strategy and Talent Acquisition.
