Resideo Technologies Inc., a global provider of smart home and security for the home, has announced that the company is starting to build a new, state-of-the-art technical center in Lotte.

With this step, Resideo underscores its commitment to the region. The new technical center will be the working area of various development departments in Lotte, which specialize in measurements and trials of safety devices for global boiler manufacturers.
At the start of construction, the Resideo colleagues in Lotte organized a traditional groundbreaking ceremony, in which the architects and the construction company were also invited to take the first shovel in their hands.
