LIXIL Americas, a globally renowned pioneering company in the field of water treatment and housing products, is pleased to announce that Beth Benevenia has been promoted to the position of Chief People Officer (CPO) for the Americas region. She will report to Steven Delarge, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President in the Americas region, and LIXIL Group Corporation CPO, Jin Montesano.

Expansion of global HR team

Beth Benevenia will join the global human resources team and will be tasked with continuing the process to shape the company culture by building upon its core values, and working closely with LIXIL Americas’ executive team.

In her new role as Chief People Officer, she will look to reinforce LIXIL’s commitment to enhancing the health and well-being for all people by making better homes a reality for everyone everywhere.

Strategic partner and advisory expert

Beth Benevenia brings 18 years of experience as a strategic partner and advisor, including three years at LIXIL Americas, where she has integrated transparency and consistency across human resources throughout the company.

Before joining the company, Benevenia held Human Resource leadership positions at Hackensack Meridian Health. She also held human resources positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ and the Eaton Corporation. She holds a Masters of Human Resource Management degree from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University.
