Marcone Group, a pioneering North American distributor of appliance, HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchen and pool and spa parts and equipment, announced that Phil Mause has joined its leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer.

In this newly created role, Mause will manage growth through Marcone’s sales and marketing efforts.

His expertise in leveraging data-driven insights, building strategic partnerships and executing go-to-market strategies will be invaluable to our continued success.”

Prior roles of Mause

Mause oversaw $2 billion in annual parts transactions in the construction equipment industry

Most recently, Mause served as Senior Vice President pioneering the strategic account and services teams at omnichannel marketplace RB Global. He previously was responsible for the company’s services portfolio, most notably parts procurement platform SmartEquip and information service provider Rouse Services.

Though that, Mause oversaw $2 billion in annual parts transactions in the construction equipment industry and built the successful Rental Insights product.

Nine strategic acquisitions in the HVAC

At Marcone, he joins an enterprise that has more than tripled in size in recent years through its geographic reach, product offering and addressable market. It completed nine strategic acquisitions in the HVAC, plumbing, and pool and spa sectors and launched a high-growth commercial kitchen business.
