Paul McCarver, President and CEO of Houston-based HVAC and plumbing equipment distributor, Delta T Equipment, announces a major office move to a larger facility for the company and its subsidiaries, Total Pump Solutions, and DT Fabrication, effective May 17th, 2021.
Total Pump Solutions is a distributor of industry-renowned fire-suppression equipment. DT Fabrication manufactures Total Tanks domestic, fire, and combination water storage tanks.
The state-of-the-art new facility
The new facility allows all three companies to operate within one expanded campus
The new, 32,000-square-foot facility located at 6303 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. features 12,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, which makes it nearly twice as large as the previous locations.
The new facility allows all three companies to operate within one expanded campus and is less than one mile from the current facilities. It is located near the old address and the intersection of Beltway 8 and Hwy 249.

Business continuity
All three businesses will continue to conduct day-to-day activities from their current locations until May 17, when the move becomes official.
