The second phase of the development will add space for 40 new stores and 6 new restaurants. The entire development will be the biggest that Kent has seen for over a decade and aims to create over 600 jobs.

Tender Process

Following the 2-year tender process, which included design input, budget costings, and technical assistance, Adcock worked closely with the client and the design team and built a strong, effective relationship.

This relationship together with Adcock's expertise resulted in technical and financial challenges being understood and overcome, with key deadlines being met.
