The Project: After a re-roofing project was completed at Winn-Dixie Port Orange (4025 S. Nova Road, Port Orange, FL 32127 Store Number #2311) it was discovered that the rooftop refrigerant condenser coils were very impacted with debris affecting airflow.
Coil Cleaning process
Pure Air Control Services was sub-contracted by TECTA America to take care of this concern with their PURE-Steam Coil Cleaning from June 29th–June 30th. When the project was complete there was a significant difference in coil condition after PURE-Steam was performed.
