Dixon Group is delighted to have been chosen to provide all mechanical and electrical works by the East Yorkshire house builder Peter Ward Homes on its latest new build development.

Dixon MEP – a specialist division providing a one-stop shop to housebuilders seeking seamless project management from concept to completion – has been selected for the work at the Old Millers Rise development in Leven.

The site will see 55 new homes created, including two and three-bedroom mid-terrace, semi-detached and detached properties, and four-bedroomed detached homes. Paul Griffin, Project Manager at Dixon MEP, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract with Peter Ward Homes as it follows a number of contracts with them in recent times, and builds upon a 30-year relationship between the firms, demonstrating their continued faith in the standard of our work and ability of our team.”

Boasting thermostatic showers

Such has been the demand in recent months that we have needed to recruit and add to the team, which is obviously really pleasing.” The new homes at Old Millers Rise will be fitted with HD and Sky TV cabling, alarm systems, and electric car charging points to make the most modern of living spaces – all fitted by the Dixon team, Plumbing skills will ensure gas fired central heating systems for all homes, with bathrooms boasting thermostatic showers.
