The range of CLIMASET s.r.l. applications is enriched with the dual-circuit hybrid regulation, developed to adapt to any combination of radiant and fan coil.

What can be managed?

  • Heating with radiant system,
  • Heating and cooling with Fancoil,
  • Call of the heat pump (also with double setpoint),
  • Management of a mixed circuit for the radiant,
  • Bathroom management (heating only area),
  • CMV air change management (also with free cooling function),
  • Fancoil fan speed management with (0-10 Vdc signal or three-speed control).

Modularity and flexibility of the system

The electronic regulation is distributed on the field bus as follows:

  • Touch screen user terminal with sensor,
  • PCO Compact control card (6 DIN modules),
  • I/O expansion card (4 DIN modules),
  • Fan coil control card (4 DIN modules),
  • KTH ambient temperature sensors (compatible with the main civil series) and/or th-Tune temperature sensor.

Manage the hybrid system with the pCOWeb

The pCOWeb is an optional webserver card for pCO boards. They have developed web pages that allow them to manage their hybrid system from PCs, smartphones, and tablets.

With the pCOWeb for hybrid systems, they can:

  • check the status of the system devices and the zones currently configured,
  • change the various parameters of the zones such as setpoints, turn the zones ON/OFF, etc.,
  • manage time bands and the other clock parameters,
  • turn the system ON/OFF, choose the seasonal mode,
  • view and reset system alarms.

All they have to do is to open the browser, enter the pCOWeb address and they are ready to manage the radiant system! If they want to control the system with an APP for smartphones and tablets, check Plantgate, the proposal for the remote management of the system.

With Plantgate they don’t need to buy a static IP address for remotely connecting to the system, they just have to use the APP (or the web version via browser) for managing the hybrid radiant & fan coil system anywhere in the world.

pGDx touch screen terminal

The pGDX can also be equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors

CLIMASET s.r.l. offers the pGDX 4.3” for the complete user-side management of the hybrid radiant & fan coil system. This new terminal, with a 65,000-color touch screen, can be wall-mounted (recessed or external).

The pGDX can also be equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors: temperature and humidity data are sent to the pCO, so the touch screen works also as a probe sensor.

The pGDX touchscreen for hybrid radiant and fan coil systems is esthetically pleasing and easy to use. Next to the pGDX, the status LED bar lights up with different colors depending on the season set and the presence of alarms. The pGDX can also be used as a normal pGDN, thanks to the emulator on the configuration branch.
