Carrier Transicold developed the new eSolutions software to intelligently monitor connected refrigeration systems from anywhere in the world, providing vital information for producers, drivers, transport managers and retailers on the products being transported and the vehicles transporting them.

Intelligent monitoring of connected refrigeration systems
Accessible via desktop, smartphone or tablet, the new eSolutions software offers operators 24/7 access to a wealth of valuable data on their refrigeration systems, including:
- remote temperature monitoring
- two-way operational management and control capability
- in-depth service and utilization reports
- CO2 and emissions information, including leak tests and noise footprint, geo-fencing, and operational alarms
The system also provides access to live service and maintenance schedules for each connected refrigeration unit, helping to aid fleet management procedures and ensure minimal disruption through vehicle downtime.

There are three eSolutions service packages – Access, Premium and Expert
There are three eSolutions service packages – Access, Premium and Expert – each providing differing levels of available data and functionality.
The Access package supplies fleet managers with the relevant features for their business, including temperature monitoring, geo-localization, service and utilization reports, as well as generic carbon dioxide emissions reporting.
Easy, full accessibility
The Premium package provides additional access to functions relating to service and regulation, while Expert, the top tier package, offers operators the ability to customize the platform entirely to their specific operational requirements, with features like predictive maintenance and special support services included to help improve performance.
Each package is fully accessible through a standard web browser and includes the installation of the box embedded into the refrigeration unit to collect, share and analyze all cold chain data.
