Providing Bespoke Service

Park Air Systems Ltd has been an Adcock client since 2007. Adcock carries out all Air Conditioning and Refrigeration service and maintenance works on-site and carries out various installation works when necessary.

Adcock provides a bespoke service by working closely with the client, including regular site catch-up, meetings, and reactive site meets to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Adcock has worked with the client to provide a schedule of works for the coming year. Years of knowledge of the equipment on-site and employees with specialist skills means that Adcock can meet the site-specific requirements for each item of equipment.

Robert Clunas, the Business System Manager for Park Air Systems is happy with the service that Adcock provides and commented, "Adcock have managed the repair and ongoing maintenance of Park Air’s heating and cooling since 2007. Work has been completed on time to a high standard."
