This annual award highlights exceptional trade professionals who demonstrate industry dedication, a strong commitment to safety, and significant community involvement.
Notable HVAC Technicians
Five top HVAC technicians from different regions of the United States were recognized in the 2025 program:
- Alex Ivey, Co-owner of Ivey’s Air Condition and Refrigeration LLC, Ocean Springs, Mississippi
- Edward Lavelle, President of EML Mechanical, Stoneham, Massachusetts
- Glen Mccowen, HVAC installer/technician with Swift Heating, Los Osos, California

Each awardee will receive $1,000 worth of products from The Malco Group, featuring renowned brands
