The Malco Group, recognized for its role in manufacturing and distributing vital solutions for the HVAC/R and building construction sectors, has officially commenced the nomination process for the esteemed Trade-Pro of the Year Award.
Now in its ninth consecutive year, this national award program acknowledges exemplary trade professionals in the United States who excel in the HVACR or building construction fields, prioritize safety on the job, and contribute positively to their communities.

Professionals in the trade are encouraged to nominate themselves or peers for this distinguished recognition
This award targets outstanding individuals within the HVACR and building sectors. The top five winners from across the United States will be awarded $1,000 worth of products from The Malco Group, featuring notable brands such as Unilite, C&D Valve, Beckett, ACE Chemical, and Malco Tools.
In addition, all eligible nominees will receive a Malco cap. Professionals in the trade are encouraged to nominate themselves or peers for this distinguished recognition.

These contributions extend to high school and post-secondary technical and apprenticeship programs, regional apprenticeship contests, and both state and national SkillsUSA conferences.
For those interested in nominating a U.S.-based technician, who has positively impacted their community, nominations can be submitted online until June 27, 2025. The winners of this prestigious award will be revealed in July 2025.
