Ideal Heating has announced the launch of a new service enhancement, ‘MAX Priority’, exclusively for its MAX boiler range, reinforcing its commitment to installers and customers with faster support, greater peace of mind, and a simpler experience, every step of the way.

From 2 June 2025, all registered and in-warranty MAX boilers will benefit from MAX Priority – a new service enhancement that includes priority call answering and next working day call-outs. Designed to minimize downtime and enhance the customer experience, MAX Priority puts MAX boiler owners at the front of the que when it matters most.

Warranty, without the wait

When a service call is needed, customers will be offered a next-day appointment

Already trusted for its long warranties – with 10 years on the Logic MAX and up to 12 years on the Vogue MAX, Ideal’s market-renowned warranty proposition just got even stronger.

The new MAX Priority service promises that where customer details are linked to a registered MAX boiler under warranty, their calls will automatically be placed in a priority queue – getting them to the right person, and their boilers fixed, faster.

When a service call is needed, customers will be offered a next-day appointment, subject to availability and engineer capacity. Installers can now add another benefit to the MAX range when recommending a boiler – maximum performance, backed by maximum support. That means less hassle, happier customers, and fewer callbacks. That’s ideal.

Words from Ideal Customer Service Director

Chris Jessop, Customer Service Director at Ideal Heating, said: “We know the heating industry runs on trust – between installers, manufacturers, and homeowners. This is about rewarding loyalty and making life easier for everyone. We know how important it is to get fast, reliable support – especially when things go wrong.”

He adds, “We already offer outstanding warranties, and with MAX Priority, we’re giving our customers an even quicker route to help and offering installers an extra level of reassurance when they recommend or fit one of our MAX boilers. It’s part of our That’s ideal recommitment to continue delivering service that stands out — not just now, but in years to come.”
