Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS) is fully devoted to the safety of the employees, customers, and partners. It will continue to monitor COVID-19 and follow all guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Federal, state, and local health authorities, and our Management team.

With the spread of COVID-19, it is taking all measures to contain the spread of the virus. The HTS Parts Supply showrooms will remain open. However, it has put in place some containment protocols moving forward. To best service during this time, it has adjusted the ordering and pick-up procedures.

Product Pick Up

To reduce foot traffic and person-to-person contact in the stores, it asks that one elects to have parts shipped to job sites or the purchaser’s employer. Alternatively, it will provide “curbside pick-up” at the local HTS store. It is here to continue to serve the business needs.
