Riello announced the addition of its new Array TH2O, a high-power indirect and instantaneous gas water heater that integrates heating and domestic hot water production. Available in 14 different combinations with eight double plate heat exchangers, single or double-wall, it can be installed in apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, and a variety of commercial facilities.

Riello, a pioneer in manufacturing systems and technologies for heating, cooling, and energy efficiency in the residential and commercial sectors and a worldwide pioneer in combustion technology, is a part of Carrier Global Corporation, the global provider of healthy, safe, and intelligent sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

Features of Array TH2O

An integrated electronic control designed to manage flame power and water flow ensure ideal water temperature stability

Array TH2O offers high performance, with maximum efficiency (~96,1% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency rating), reliability, and a high turndown ratio of 1:20-1:30. In addition, the modular design ensures full redundancy and continuous running.

Components are already mounted and connected inside the cabinet for fast installation, providing high-level performance. An integrated electronic control designed specifically to manage flame power and water flow ensure ideal water temperature stability.

Array Premix combustion system

Depending on the product model, two or three primary heat exchangers work in cascade and double domestic hot water plate heat exchangers work alternatively to produce hot water. Embedded within the product, the Riello Array Premix combustion system guarantees a consistent air to fuel ratio throughout the entire range of modulation, resulting in efficient combustion with low emissions.

Array TH2O integrates performance monitoring systems and predictive algorithms to signal the need for maintenance and is an ideal solution for new installation and retrofits projects.
