Danfoss is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Sporrer as the new director of indirect sales, North America, at Danfoss Climate Solutions.

He brings years of experience in distribution channel sales to his new role, where he will lead a team focused on implementing and enhancing Danfoss’ distribution sales strategy.

Prior roles of Sporrer 

With over 20 years of experience at Danfoss, including 12 years of pioneering sales at Danfoss Power Solutions, Sporrer is the ideal choice to build relationships with current and existing wholesale partners. 

Formerly the president of the North American region, he also brings skills in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Following a reorganization, Danfoss has strengthened its investment and focus on its aftermarket distribution strategy. Sporrer will work to build its distribution channel business and expand its market reach.
