Baxi Heating’s parent company BDR Thermea Group announced that its CEO, Bertrand Schmitt, will be stepping down with effect from 31 December 2023 to pursue other opportunities outside the company.

Under Bertrand’s leadership over the past seven years, BDR Thermea entered a new phase of growth and innovation. He drove and implemented his vision to make BDR Thermea Group a pioneering, globally recognized provider of sustainable heating solutions and services.
