Vice President of Global Product Management, Building Automation Systems and Controls, Johnson ControlsIn this role, Kaishi and his team develop and execute Johnson Controls’ strategy driving towards the organization’s autonomous buildings vision. As the pioneer of business unit’s product function, Kaishi oversees the complete product lifecycle, including lean portfolio management, strategy, solution management, product management and sales enablement. Kaishi joined Johnson Controls in January 2023 as the VP of product management for BAS software platform, where he was responsible for next gen BAS software development. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Kaishi held leadership positions at Schneider Electric and Rockwell Automation. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, (US) and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Zhejiang University (China). He is also a graduate of various leadership programs at INSEAD and MIT.
