Rob Monk is the co-owner of the fourth-generation HVAC company, Monk Heating & Air Conditioning, based in Dallas, Pennsylvania, which he runs alongside his brother, Jim Monk. The family business began in 1917 when their great-grandfather opened a plumbing supply store in the heart of their hometown. Rob has been immersed in the HVAC industry since his teenage years, learning the trade hands-on from both his grandfather and father. As a Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Contractor®, he brings advanced expertise and innovative solutions to his customers, complementing the company’s long-standing tradition of quality service. With deep roots in the community and a strong respect for his family’s legacy, Rob is committed to continual learning and is passionate about growing the business while delivering reliable, high-quality comfort solutions to local homes and businesses.
