In its current May 2018 Edition, Stiftung Warentest, Germany’s leading product testing institute, has tested eleven different heating pumps in terms of energy efficiency, handling, finish, and declarations.
The Wilo-Yonos Pico Plus Heating Circulator and the Wilo-Yonos Pico-STG Solar Pump were distinguished with the two highest ratings “very good” (1.4) and “good” (2.0) in their respective areas.
User-friendliness and service life
“We always aim to develop technical innovations that make life easier for our customers. User-friendliness, a long service life, and energy efficiency have been core product characteristics at Wilo for decades. We placed particular emphasis on these characteristics in the development of the Wilo-Yonos PICO plus and Wilo-Yonos PICO-STG pumps in the tests”, explains Georg Weber, Chief Technology Officer at Wilo.

Among the three circulators that were tested, the Wilo-Yonos PICO plus is not only among the top performers in terms of energy efficiency, it is also the most affordable product.
