Victaulic’s VicFlex™ Series AH2-CC Braided Hose is now available in the EMEAI region. The new hose retains key qualities of the Series AH2, including its 100 percent kink resistance and bend radius (2” cULus listing).
The Series AH2-CC utilizes patented captured coupling technology and provides a flexible connection from the branch line to the sprinkler head with a mechanical joint instead of a threaded union. In previous models, pipefitters had to tape or dope the threads of the branch line nipple and thread it into the branch line outlet, using a pipe wrench to tighten the connection. The AH2-CC provides a pipefitter-friendly option by eliminating the need to use a pipe wrench on the branch line side, reducing installation time, and enhancing jobsite safety.
