Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has updated its AC Service Cloud to include a helpful System Health Check function, available from December 2021, in the selected Panasonic Commercial AC series.

The AC Service Cloud is an ideal solution for HVAC professionals requiring remote access to a Panasonic air conditioning system for maintenance and multi-site monitoring, and now includes more additional service benefits for professionals.

Functions and benefits

The System Health Check function acts as a ‘self-diagnosis’ tool, whereby the AC Service Cloud automatically detects a potential malfunction, often before the fault even occurs, which can help speed up the overall maintenance process and help prevent costly breakdowns and callouts, which in the long run will reduce costs.

All data can be found on the AC Service Cloud’s home screen, and a history of data can be recorded for up to two weeks

The new update continuously monitors systems in intervals of 15 minutes to ensure any malfunctions are swiftly noticed. Any abnormal data is detected and reported automatically – it requires no action by professional users for the ultimate ease.

All data can be simply found on the AC Service Cloud’s home screen, and a history of data can be recorded for up to two weeks. Data is shown with simple colors and shapes on the home screen to ensure they can be quickly identified.

Settings can also be manually tailored for an individual approach, with professionals also able to easily change the value per each refrigerant circuit.
