The entrepreneur and art patron Siegfried Weishaupt celebrated his 80th birthday on February 20, 2019. Until he left the company almost three years ago, Weishaupt was a member of the board of the Federal Association of the German Heating Industry (BDH) for many years. BDH President Uwe Glock and General Manager Andreas Lücke congratulated Siegfried Weishaupt and thanked him for his intensive voluntary commitment. Glock emphasized that the BDH owed a great deal to Weishaupt.
Siegfried Weishaupt is not only a longstanding board member of the BDH. He also served on the Executive Council of the Association of the European Heating Industry (EHI). At the same time, Weishaupt was President of the then burner association BVOG / Stuttgart, President of the European burner association CEB, and President of the IHK in Ulm for many years.
