ECR International announces Matt Reksc as the new Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering Manager. In this new position, Matt will primarily oversee ECR’s Continuous Improvement-Cost Reductions Program and Manufacturing/Engineering support.

Matt brings to ECR and BDR Thermea extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, Cost Control, Process Improvement, Lean/Material flow, Supplier Negotiations, Project Management and VAVE.
ECR is focused and committed to ‘Creating a Culture of Continuous Improvement’ and supporting BDR Thermea’s Strategic Initiatives. This new position will drive change throughout ECR. Matt is a graduate of Clarkson University and resides in Cazenovia NY with his wife and two children.
