In recognition of outstanding sales and distribution performance for fiscal year 2018, CCOM Group, Inc. has received the prestigious Harold V. Goodman award from Goodman Manufacturing Company, L.P. The Harold V. Goodman Award - honoring Goodman’s trailblazing founder who introduced affordable and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to the HVAC industry is presented annually to the most outstanding Goodman independent distributor of the year, based on multiple benchmarks.

“It takes hard work and dedication to achieve this level of recognition,” says Brad Snyder, EVP of Sales and Distribution for Goodman. “I salute the entire team at CCOM Group as they have demonstrated an extraordinary level of performance.” CCOM Group’s performance during fiscal 2018 proved exemplary, achieving sales growth of more than 45 percent over the prior year.

The bar is high to qualify for the Harold V. Goodman Award. Independent distributors must a minimum of 15 years of service as a Goodman or Amana brand HVAC distributor; achieve consistent sales growth each year; deliver best-in-class customer service; and demonstrate consistent, year-over-year improvements in business processes.
