Owner, Jay Moody HVACLeo Sharkey, M.S. Mechanical Engineering, M.B.A., is an ex-corporate engineer, plant manager and business manager. He has worked for some of the largest companies in the world including IBM, Rohm & Haas and Siemens, but always wanted his own business. In 2020, Leo acquired Jay Moody HVAC, and, along with his wife and son, grew the company by tripling revenue in less than two years, focusing on a high-touch, high-service business model. In his spare time, Leo enjoys spending time with his family and working on their hobby farm.
