Don holds a Journeyman license for HVACR and has over 32 years of experience in the industry, 24 of which were in a service truck. Before coming to Chemours Don was the Senior Technical Trainer for Copeland Compressors where he helped train thousands of contractors across North America. Don was recently voted in the top 25 most influential HVACR trainers in the nation and is known through the industry for his passion for training in the HVACR trades than Don. Don also sits on several committees, including SkillsUSA Nationals, and PHCC HVACR Nationals, and has been a guest speaker at countless national events.
