One-Stop Source for ignitors

Robertshaw is an HVAC contractors’ One-Stop Source for ignitors, from direct replacements for many leading furnace OEMs’ models to IgnitorPro universals.

With four IgnitorPro models, four Mini models and six direct replacement models, Robertshaw offers the largest selection of silicon nitride ignitors, which collectively replace more than 150 OEM ignitor models.

IgnitorPro and Mini silicon nitride models

Mini silicon nitride models provide dependable ignition in a small footprint

IgnitorPro ignitors are the perfect truck stock items, enabling contractors to minimize their truck stock. In addition to their durable silicon nitride, these universal models are easy to install, with all mounting brackets and hardware included.

Mini silicon nitride models provide dependable ignition in a small footprint. They feature a three-second heat-up time, easy handling and installation, and trouble-free operation.

OEM-specific direct replacements

The new OEM-specific direct replacements are swap-outs for many ignitors from leading furnace brands and White-Rodgers™.

One model, the 41-804N, is a universal direct replacement, equipped with a receptacle connector, for gas furnace ignitors in OEM production since the early 2000s. Robertshaw also offers 16 reliable silicon carbide models. Their operating voltage is 120V AC and they have a lead wire temperature rating of 392°F / 200°C.
