This year's theme, 'Collaborate to Ventilate,' focused on sharing insights, innovations, and practical solutions for enhancing indoor air quality (IAQ).

He shared his personal experience from the BBC's DIY SOS Big Build, highlighting how a custom ventilation system significantly enhanced his children's quality of life. The event opened with a moving talk from Garry Ratcliffe, CEO of the Golden Thread Alliance, a multi-academy foundation of nine primary schools in Kent.
Drawing on his experience with the BBC’s DIY SOS Big Build—where his family’s home was demolished and rebuilt in just over a week—Garry explored how installing a bespoke ventilation system dramatically improved life for his children, three of whom have complex disabilities. Nuaire was proud to be involved in this inspiring project, donating an MVHR system and providing the system drawing.
