Frigel North America is set to showcase its state-of-the-art process cooling systems at the PTxpo 2025, hosted at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, from March 18-20.
These solutions are specifically engineered for use in injection molding applications across various sectors, including automotive, medical, packaging, housewares, and garden.
Innovative Cooling System Solutions
The exhibition will feature high-performance Single and Dual Zone Temperature Control Units
The exhibition will feature high-performance Single and Dual Zone Temperature Control Units (TCUs) equipped with Booster Pumps and Integrated Portable Chillers.
These versatile TCUs cater to molding throughput requirements from 10 to 240 kg/hr (equivalent to 20 to 530 lb/hr), providing a flexible solution at the machine site.
Precision in Temperature Control
Frigel is introducing advancements in Single Zone pressurized water TCUs. These high-precision units are designed to operate up to 120°C, making them ideal for applications in automotive, medical, and other technical molding sectors.
The enhanced accuracy, repeatability, and process control are essential for maintaining the profitability of the Injection Molding Machine (IMM) cell.
Intelligent System Management
The company's Industry 4.0 Intelligent Central System Control Platform will also be on display. This platform offers comprehensive management of Frigel central cooling systems, empowering processors to oversee and control the entire cooling process from a unified control point.
