Nick leads Carrier’s Residential HVAC business, overseeing six manufacturing facilities and four distribution centers. A dynamic force in the HVAC industry, Nick is driving innovation during one of the sector’s most pivotal transitions—ushering in new refrigerants and elevating the customer experience for dealers, distributors, and homeowners alike. Nick began his career at Carrier in 2009 through the company’s Financial Leadership Program. Over the past 15 years, he has held 11 roles spanning marketing, innovation, strategy and executive leadership—including serving as chief of staff to the Chairman and CEO. His career is marked by a bold vision and a track record of execution. Nick holds a finance degree from Cedarville University and two graduate degrees from Indiana University.
