Matthew Min is a seasoned business pioneer with over 15 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the HVAC industry at LG Electronics. Since joining the company in 2008 immediately after college, he has built extensive expertise in product management, business development, and sales, playing a key role in strengthening LG’s footprint in the HVAC sector and advancing sustainable, high-performance solutions. Based in Georgia, Matthew currently serves as Sr. Manager of Heating Business Management at LG Electronics U.S.A., where he leads the nationwide rollout of LG’s Heating Business, a strategic new initiative in the U.S. market. He has been instrumental in milestone product launches, including LG’s first Heat Pump Water Heater and the company’s first Air-to-Water Heat Pump in the United States—establishing LG as a pioneer in energy-efficient technologies tailored to American consumers.
