Blue Point Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Pinnacle MEP, announced the strategic acquisition of Hammans Electric, Inc., a licensed electrical contractor with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial services throughout the Indianapolis area.
This is the second transaction for the Pinnacle platform in partnership with Blue Point since the firm’s initial investment last year, and the fifth Indianapolis-based add-on overall, bringing the total number of investments to 17 across the greater Midwest.
