Automating the grooving process
Taking direction from the operator and automating the grooving process, the roll groover eliminated ratcheting and cranking. The integrated control panel enables the operator to select pipe type, schedule, and size.
Operators can also adjust groove depth using the groove depth offset dial to tune the roll groover to the specific pipe batch they are working on and complete the process with repeated accuracy. This simple operation is a revolution in control and accuracy, while reducing muscle effort compared to today’s solutions by enabling users to achieve in-spec grooves hands free.
