The goal of this International conference is for engineers, practitioners, researchers, scientists, owners and government officials working in Cold Climate regions to share recent solutions and advancements addressing changes in climate; while experiencing the warmth, hospitality and culture of Alaska. The conference is in Anchorage, immediately followed by the Arctic Mini Conference in Fairbanks.
